Safe Haven  Ranch est.1995 along the Redwater River is the setting for this tranquil country cottage under towering cottonwoods. Each window offers a peaceful view of country life and a panoramic view of the Black Hills can be enjoyed in solitude from the private deck. Safe haven has a definite sense of getting away from it all, even though many of the noted vacation attractions of the Black Hills are conveniently located,  just minutes away. The fragrance of fresh baked bread  and sizzling bacon may  greet you in the morning at Grandma’s kitchen. We don’t serve breakfast before 9, but we offer a” to go” bag with breakfast snacks as well as a continental breakfast for those who eat lightly in the morning. Sleeping in is acceptable here. Safe Haven  offers  lots of rest and relaxation with the options of having a private breakfast or a social one.  You may just want to stay here for a time of  peace and  restorative refreshment. We offer different options for your individualized stay. You may want our classy  tropical suite  or  just one room with shared bath. You may want to listen to the stories told by the host in the flickering light of a campfire, or listen for the sound of the river as the hush falls with the dusk. Watch the horses grazing in the pasture, or come up close to get their treat.
